BOLD, BRIGHT, BEAUTIFUL!

Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Cauliflower.   The great thing about cauliflower is that it absorbs so much of the flavors you give it, and this salt is no exception.   After cutting the cauliflower into ½”-thick pieces, toss them gently in olive oil, sprinkle both sides of each piece with Caravel Gourmet's   Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt, and bake them at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.

Sauteed Raspberry Chipotle Peas.   With either fresh or frozen peas, add to a pan with a pat of butter and saute on low for a few minutes, until the peas are a bright green color and tender to the touch.   Add a bit more butter, and a bit of garlic. Don’t add Caravel Gourmet's Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt until you’re ready to serve - this will dehydrate the peas, especially if they’re frozen.

Cucumber Raspberry Chipotle Salad.   Give this one a bit of time and it will reward you.   Chill your cucumbers first, then slice them into ⅛” discs.   Lightly salt them with Caravel Gourmet's Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt, and toss.   Let them sit covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then drain and toss with rice or white vinegar for a tasty, refreshing treat!

Raspberry Chipotle Chicken.   You can salt a chicken two ways, depending on how much time you have.   If you’re going to cook in the next hour or two (up to 6 hours), make a brine - add ¼ cup Caravel Gourmet's   Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt for every 1 cup hot water (dissolve the salt) and 1 cup ice water.   Take the pieces of chicken you’re going to cook, and add them to the brine.   If you’re going to cook 6 hours or more away, then coat the pieces in a healthy sprinkle of Caravel Gourmet's   Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt, wrap them back up, and put them in the fridge.

Oven Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sweet Potatoes.   The sweetness of the potatoes and the savory flavor of Caravel Gourmet's   Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt are a perfect match.   Chop the sweet potatoes into 1” chunks and toss with olive oil.   Lay in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 425F for 35 minutes or until crispy, turning once.   Sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt and serve.

BOLD, BRIGHT, BEAUTIFUL!

The blend of raspberry, chipotle, and sea salt makes it pair perfectly with everything from meat to vegetables to desserts. Use it as a cooking or finishing salt - even sprinkle it on chocolate truffles.
