Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sel gris
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season: Drizzle with olive oil and season with dried dill, garlic powder, and sel gris.
  4. Top with Lemon: Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
