Himalayan Pink Salt Rose Macarons

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • Pink food coloring

  • Himalayan Pink Salt for sprinkling

  • 1 cup rose buttercream for filling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 300°F.

  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together in a bowl.

  3. Whip Egg Whites: Beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar, whipping until stiff peaks form.

  4. Combine: Gently fold in the dry ingredients and pink food coloring.

  5. Pipe & Rest: Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them sit for 30 minutes to develop a skin.

  6. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.

  7. Assemble: Cool completely, then fill with rose buttercream. Sprinkle with Himalayan Pink Salt before serving.
