Rosemary Sea Salt Roasted Lamb

Ingredients:

  • 1 leg of lamb (about 5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • Rosemary Sea Salt for seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a roasting pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Season Lamb: Rub the leg of lamb with olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh rosemary. Season generously with Rosemary Sea Salt, ensuring the lamb is evenly coated.
  3. Roast: Place the lamb in the oven and roast for about 1.5-2 hours, depending on your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F; for medium, about 145°F.
  4. Rest and Slice: Once the lamb is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
