Sea Salted Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef chuck (cut into cubes)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 carrots (sliced)
  • 3 potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
  2. Cook Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until softened and fragrant.
