Sea Salted Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (pitted and peeled)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt (for seasoning)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the Ingredients: Add the cocoa powder, Sea Salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well-mixed.
  4. Chill: Transfer the mousse to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up.
  5. Serve: Top with a sprinkle of Sea Salt and enjoy as a delicious, healthier dessert.
