Sea Salted Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Flaky Sea Salt for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, and vegetable oil, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of Flaky Sea Salt, stirring until well combined.
  4. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
