Sea Salted Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 egg whites

  • Flaky Sea Salt for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend Strawberries: Puree the strawberries with sugar until smooth.

  2. Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Beat Egg Whites: In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  4. Combine: Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream, then carefully fold in the beaten egg whites to keep the mousse light and airy.

  5. Chill and Serve: Spoon the mousse into serving cups and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with a sprinkle of Flaky Sea Salt before serving.
