5 Easy Ways to Use Caravel Gourmet's French Harvest Sea Salt in Vegan Recipes

This special house blend of natural French Grey sea salt herbs and garlic will enhance any meal with natural flavors.

Crispy French Harvest Cinnamon Carrots.   When roasting carrots in your oven, blend a teaspoon of Caravel Gourmet's French Harvest Sea Salt with a teaspoon of cinnamon and toss to coat the carrots before roasting them in the oven for 40 minutes at 450F.

French Harvest Avocado Toast.   Next time you whip up your favorite avocado toast and sprinkle some sea salt on it, use a flavored salt like Caravel Gourmet's French Harvest Sea Salt to add extra complexity and depth to the avocado.  
Roasted French Harvest Cauliflower.   The great thing about cauliflower is that it absorbs so much of the flavors you give it, and this salt is no exception.   After cutting the cauliflower into ½”-thick pieces, toss them gently in olive oil, sprinkle both sides of each piece with Caravel Gourmet's French Harvest Sea Salt, and bake them at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.   
French Harvest Roasted Potatoes.   After you’ve cut your potatoes into 1” cubes, toss them in oil and sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet’s French Harvest Sea Salt before roasting them at 350F for 45 minutes.
 


Sauteed French Harvest Spinach.   An easy, no-calorie way to add flavor to nutrient-packed spinach is to sprinkle it with a bit of Caravel Gourmet's  French Harvest Sea Salt while it’s sauteeing in the pan.   Season it to taste, and you can add so much flavor!
