5 Easy Ways to Use Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt in Vegetarian Recipes-Caravel Gourmet

garlic that opens up when you cook it!

Sauteed Garlic Peas. With either fresh or frozen peas, add to a pan with a pat of butter and saute on low for a few minutes, until the peas are a bright green color and tender to the touch. Add a bit more butter, and a bit of garlic. Don’t add Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt until you’re ready to serve - this will dehydrate the peas, especially if they’re frozen.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes. After you’ve cut your potatoes into 1” cubes, toss them in oil and sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt before roasting them at 350F for 45 minutes.

Baked Garlic Kale Chips. One of many options we have for seasoning kale chips, Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt makes kale chips that zing with Garlic y flavor.   Prep the kale as you normally would, toss with olive and the sea salt, and bake at 350F until the edges are brown.
Garlic Kidney Beans. Want a quick, easy meal in no time? Grab a can of kidney beans, stir in a teaspoon of Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt and some paprika, and heat in the microwave until hot - and you’ve got a protein-packed, nutritious, delicious meal.
Oven Roasted Garlic Sweet Potatoes. The sweetness of the potatoes and the savory flavor of Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt are a perfect match. Chop the sweet potatoes into 1” chunks and toss with olive oil.   Lay in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 425F for 35 minutes or until crispy, turning once.   Sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Garlic Sea Salt and serve.
