What can you do with Italian Black Truffle salt? There are plenty of options for Vegans - here are just a few.

Baked Truffle Kale Chips. One of many options we have for seasoning kale chips, Caravel Gourmet’s Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt makes kale chips that zing with Italian Black Truffle-y flavor. Prep the kale as you normally would, toss with olive and the sea salt, and bake at 350F until the edges are brown.

Italian Black Truffle Hummus. When making hummus from scratch, use Caravel Gourmet's Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt for the salt normally used to season the hummus.   The result is a savory treat with a slight, brief kick of Italian Black Truffle.

Truffle Roasted Potatoes. After you’ve cut your potatoes into 1” cubes, toss them in oil and sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet’s Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt before roasting them at 350F for 45 minutes.

Sauteed Truffle Spinach. An easy, no-calorie way to add flavor to nutrient-packed spinach is to sprinkle it with a bit of Caravel Gourmet's Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt while it’s sauteeing in the pan. Season it to taste, and you can add so much flavor!

Roasted Italian Black Truffle Cauliflower. The great thing about cauliflower is that it absorbs so much of the flavors you give it, and this salt is no exception. After cutting the cauliflower into ½”-thick slices, toss them gently in olive oil, sprinkle both sides of each piece with Caravel Gourmet's Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt, and bake them at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.

If you love the aroma and flavor of truffle, there are very few things you can't put this salt on. Try it on popcorn, tofu, beans...the list goes on!
