Oven Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sweet Potatoes. The sweetness of the potatoes and the savory flavor of Caravel Gourmet's Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt are a perfect match.   Chop the sweet potatoes into 1” chunks and toss with olive oil.   Lay in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 425F for 35 minutes or until crispy, turning once. Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Cauliflower. The great thing about cauliflower is that it absorbs so much of the flavors you give it, and this salt is no exception. After cutting the cauliflower into ½”-thick pieces, toss them gently in olive oil, sprinkle both sides of each piece with Caravel Gourmet's Raspberry Chipotle Sea Salt, and bake them at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.
