Sauteed Smoked Alderwood Spinach. An easy, no-calorie way to add flavor to nutrient-packed spinach is to sprinkle it with a bit of Caravel Gourmet's Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt while it’s sauteeing in the pan.  Season it to taste, and you can add so much flavor!

Roasted Smoked Alderwood Cauliflower. The great thing about cauliflower is that it absorbs so much of the flavors you give it, and this salt is no exception.   After cutting the cauliflower into ½”-thick pieces, toss them gently in olive oil, sprinkle both sides of each piece with Caravel Gourmet's Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt, and bake them at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once. 

Flash Fried Smoked Alderwood Green Beans. Keep the beans crispy and get all of the flavor, too, by quickly flash frying them. Toss the beans with olive oil and Caravel Gourmet's Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt, put a bit of olive oil in the pan, then quickly heat the beans in the pan till they turn bright green.  
Oven Roasted Smoked Alderwood Sweet Potatoes. The sweetness of the potatoes and the savory flavor of Caravel Gourmet's Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt are a perfect match.   Chop the sweet potatoes into 1” chunks and toss with olive oil.   Lay in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 425F for 35 minutes or until crispy, turning once.   Sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt and serve.  

Smoked Alderwood Roasted Potatoes.   After you’ve cut your potatoes into 1” cubes, toss them in oil and sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Smoked Alderwood Sea Salt before roasting them at 350F for 45 minutes.
